Supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel in charge to comply with the maintenance program efficiently, meeting the goals and standards such as: safety and hygiene, productivity, efficiency, quality, deliveries on time and costs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designs, implements and executes the TPM
Administration and effective maintenance of all equipment and / or tools of the company
Administration and coordination of improvement projects in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
Check equipment according to specifications and direct setup and adjustment of machines
Analyze the production program to coordinate preventive and / or corrective maintenance
Establish and adjust work processes to meet production demands and / or customers, as required by production scheduling and workflow.
Recommend measures to improve and correct the quality of service, increase the efficiency of the department's performance
Continuously improve your area's operations through the use of lean manufacturing practices
Make recommendations to improve processes, equipment, product quality and safety of your employees
Effectively measure and report departmental activities
Develop and maintain the department's work instructions
Analyze and solve the problems of your area, as well as address conflicts that arise with staff
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and leaders in your area to achieve objectives
Carry out its activities following the policies and procedures of the company
Suggest changes to improve working conditions to avoid accidents.
Ensure that the personnel in charge comply with the policies of the company, as well as security measures according to current regulations

SKILLS:

English 80% minimum
Leadership and supervision of personnel

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

Minimum experience of ten years in the position.
Experience in TPM (Predictive, Preventive, Corrective and Autonomous Maintenance)
Experience in security procedures of:
Work at Height
Hot Work
Confined Space Work
Lock-Out/Tag-Out
Order and Cleanliness (5'S)
Management and disposal of hazardous and nonhazardous waste
First Aid
Emergency Response
Knowledge of lean Manufacturing and Six sigma
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
Computer management
