Role Description
As a Base22 Salesforce Developer, you will develop, test, document, and maintain solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform. You will develop Lightning Web Components, perform troubleshooting, and support configuration tasks.

As part of a larger technical team, you will Support and collaborate with other developers on different projects to share best practices, guidelines, lessons learned, quality standards, and opportunities to leverage work.


This is a full-time remote position located in Mexico and US

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, test, document, and deploy highquality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business requirements (SaaS)
  • Develop Lightning Web Component and Apexbased solutions
  • Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
  • Perform Salesforce administration and development
  • Ability to support Salesforce configuration tasks
  • Research, troubleshoot, and fix integration issues
  • Research and keep current on Salesforce technologies and communicate trends and future needs to leadership
  • Work with technical leadership and senior developers to facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
  • Design and execute functional tests ensuring usability and functionality.
  • Write technical and functional documentation.
  • Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used by the clients.
  • Stay up to date with new features and versions.
  • Support and collaborate with other developers on different projects to share best practices, guidelines, lessons learned, quality standards, and opportunities to leverage work.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Curious, always looking for opportunities to learn and share knowledge.
  • Team player, able to interact with technical team members as well as nontechnical ones.
  • Able to manage time, priorities, and dependencies between several projects and for different stakeholders.
  • Experience with release management, code versioning, and repositories using GIT, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD and automated deployment tools.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
  • Big picture and critical thinking. Ability to understand new concepts and features, analyze them and identify opportunities to implement in Base2
  • Ability to identify, communicate and create plans for risks in a project.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce projects from start to finish, following Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow.
  • Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL, and CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
  • Experience working with Salesforce Security configuration and user management is a plus
  • Experience participating in the deployment of Salesforce solutions

Other requirements:

Travel to our offices in Columbus, OH, and Monterrey, México upon notice.
