- We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Maintenance Manager to join our team:
- Work Location: Parque Industrial Kronos, Apodaca, NL
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with availability for emergencies
- Work Mode: On-site
- What will you be doing?
- Ensure that buildings and services support business continuity and meet the needs of the people working in them
- Lead a team and/or manage daily plant activities
- Build and develop effective relationships with clients and stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Generate and manage site budget, maintenance and operations accounting and finance, contracted services, purchase of materials, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and site assistance
- Ensure that vendors are well managed, delivering services on time and within budget
- Ensure vendor procurement processes comply with agreed customer procurement guidelines and JLL best practices
- Ensure provision of a safe working environment
- Desired Technical Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in Maintenance Managerial or Facilities positions in industrial plants or distribution centers
- Mechanical, electrical, or administrative engineering
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
- Understanding of critical facilities
- Vendor management knowledge for specialized services
- Understanding basic technical aspects of property
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
