Role:
Project Manager

Reports to:
Germany

Located:
Toluca

Key Purpose:
To secure customer Stellantis project delivery

Main accountabilities, responsabilities ande deliverables:

Managing projects /sub-projects with a certain complexity (scalling tbd-will determine "size" of role)
Leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness
Act as a link between internal customer, supplier, partners and departments
Organize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions
Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to revelant standards (e.g. DBUs...)
Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross

- departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the project targets and requirements

Managing risks, resolving problems/issues and managing baseline changes
Manage communication and stakeholder
Gurantee exchange of information within internal working groups and support knowledge transfer
Reporting & escalating to decision makers
Responsible to manage KPI ́s (budget,...) to target
Request and secure team resources incl. team assignments, skill & expierence requirements

Key Performance Indicators:
FMS KPIS, QCD targets, PM KPIS (project health)

Required skills and expierence /main competences

Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge of project-planning tools
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
Basic business, IT, financial and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
Good understanding of technologies to drive (digital) business
Demostrated ability to develop and execute a project & resource plan, includ. baseline change management
