WHAT YOUR ROLE IS:
As a Data Services Associate, you are responsible for executing projects of varying nature - from as simple as data entry to as complex as analytics and reporting.
You will be asked to:
- Control and teach our sorting robots new skills
- Collaborate with other team members to provide user feedback, communicate issues or improvements to your shift manager
- Take initiative and ownership in identifying areas of improvement
- Work flexible shifts controlling robots

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management
- Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing and storing.
- Maintain data files accurately.
- Ensure defined productivity targets are met
- Ensure defined quality targets are met
- Ensure data security compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise
- Identify possible UI improvements to the tools being used
- Making a note of all glitches and bugs in the tools being used
- Understand the importance of providing timely feedback and are able to communicate clearly
- Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered.
- Maintain records of work completed.
- Train other data entry employees

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field you're passionate about
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and observational skills.
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher.
