    ANALISTA DE NÓMINA*Requisitos
    :

    • Licenciatura terminada en Contabilidad, Administración, Finanzas o afín
    • Experiência de 3 a 4 años en el área de Nóminas
    • Experiência en el uso de alguna paquetería de nóminas (Aspel NOI o algún otro)
    • Manejo de paquetería OFFICEFunciones del puesto
      :
    • Cálculos de la Nómina real.
    • Conocimiento sólido de cálculo de nómina, nominas especiales, aguinaldo, fondo de ahorro, PTU, variables, etc.
    • Realización de Movimientos ante el IMSS (Altas, bajas y modificación de salarios)
    • Conocimiento sólido de la LFT (Ley Federal del Trabajo)
    • Elaboración y control de los recibos de nómina (Timbrado)
    • Cálculo del SUA para el pago de liquidaciones al IMSS e INFONAVIT.
    • Cálculo de tiempo extra, vales de despensa, Infonavit,Fonacot, aguinaldo, bonos, vacaciones y prima vacacional
    • Control de calendarios de nómina
    • Elaboración de Finiquitos y liquidaciones
    • Seguimiento de controles internos para el cálculo de la nómina
    • Seguimiento a contratos y modificaciones de sueldoResponsabilidades
      :
    • Procesar y calcular la nómina de empleados en conformidad con las regulaciones fiscales actuales y las políticas de la empresa
    • Revisar y auditar datos de nómina para garantizar la precisión y corrección
    • Gestionar y mantener registros precisos de beneficios, deducciones, licencias y vacaciones
    • Preparar informes y documentos para auditorías internas y externas
    • Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios en las leyes laborales y fiscales que puedan impactar la nóminaHabilidades y Competencias
