Job Responsibilities:
Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to inventory management operations.

Analysis and Support to develop Key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory and demand management operations.

Responsible for Inventory forecast, all businesses.

Analysis and Support to develop Inventory strategies to minimize Excess and Obsolescence.

Review and update inventory and demand management policies.

Monitor the correct implementation of Inventory, demand load and ordering policies.

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.

Monitor the levels of COGMs vs Material infeed.

Keep track of weekly output and raw material arrival to reconcile inventory.

Analyze data and anticipate unnecessary inventory picks.


Maintain trust relationship with Customer Analyst, Finance, Internal logistics and Manufacturing to identify areas of improvement in terms of control and tracking of Raw Material inventory.

Weekly report to upper management of performance against inventory reduction plans.


Identify causes that generate obsolesce and keep track of the ones related to Customers and or suppliers to perform the proper claims.

Monitor EMS inventory and analyze excess and obsolesce claims.

SAP knowledge.

University Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Cost accounting

Several years of progressively responsible experience in Demand planning and Inventory Management
