Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers
Assisting customers
Supporting internal teams
Manually entering and processing orders

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
A minimum of a twoyear degree or highschool diploma and equivalent experience
Two to four years of experience in a customer service environment
Computer literacy and a willingness to acquire additional skills as deemed necessary
Enjoys working with people and solving problems
Enthusiasm
Willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers
Experience with database systems will be considered a plus
Fluent in English
