**Your new role
As Procurement Service Team Member, you are going to be responsible to:

Support and execute the actions of the GBS SAS Procurement Services Team which includes:
Dispatch, track, report and resolve end user requests and/or issues in the S2P process
Assist stakeholders in requests related to the creation of new suppliers or the update of existing suppliers
Support the legacy Ariba system
Special projects as needed
Secure input from other departments / stakeholders for accurate and timely resolution of issues
Monitor interfaces and requisition flow, correct potential errors and follow up on overdue orders, process and expedite as necessary (Legacy Ariba system)
Contribute to process improvement projects and give input to central led projects
Interfaces with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Financial Services, Master Data and Controlling.
Provide end user training as needed

What you will need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in finance, procurement, or related field or equivalent
23 years experience in accounts payable or procurement
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and selfdrive skills
Preferred system experience SAP (R/3 and S/4), Invoice Track, Ariba, and Office 365
