- Realizar llamadas a clientes potenciales para presentar nuestros productos/servicios y cerrar ventas.
- Identificar las necesidades y preocupaciones de los clientes, y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.
- Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes en nuestro sistema CRM.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos por el departamento comercial.
- Mantener un alto nível de profesionalismo y ética en todas las interacciones con los clientes.
- Experiência previa en ventas por teléfono.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas informáticas como Microsoft Office o Google Sheets y sistemas CRM.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo/parcial según sea necesario.
