_Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study_

_ Minimum Qualifications_

_Sound knowledge of SAP BO_
_ _
_Ability to write sql queries and tune sql queries_
_ _
_Knowledge of Data ware housing_
_ _
_Knowledge of Cisco ecosystem is an added advantage._

_Responsible for issue resolution, conducts all the research using the data to identify root cause for resolution_

_Excellent communication and problem-solving skills_
