The Role
This position will not require significant travel.

The position will report to the Service Center Engineer Team Lead.


Open positions in the following city: Mexico City

The Requirements

  • Respond to technology issues from service center team members. Provide rapid response and recovery to assist CSRs with software/hardware problems.
  • Troubleshoot customer contact issues by interacting and problem solving with Service Center Operations, Vendors, Telecom providers, IT, and Network Operations.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Services to ensure adequate hardware (laptops, USB headsets, workstations UPS units, etc.) inventory is maintained for both emergency backup and acquired in a timely basis for new hires
  • Provide CSR onboarding support
  • Setup, configure, maintain, and monitor the contact management system, as well as manage its configuration. Work together with data center and vendor personnel to achieve high reliability and performance.
  • Setup new clients and make modifications to existing clients by customizing "workflows" (software) used to process customer contact transactions.
