¿Qué implica este reto profesional?
El Analista Financiero brindará soporte al negocio de Property Management.

Funciones Principales:

Facturación
Garantizar y controlar presupuesto
Gestionar el pago a proveedores
Realizar reportes semanales y mensuales
Garantizar cierre mensual corporativo sin diferencias
Atención y aclaraciones financieras
Elaboración y revisión de provisiones
Archivo de control administrativo actualizado
Estado de Cuenta

¿Te identificas?

Para postularte debes tener:

Escolaridad:
Licenciatura en Contaduría o afín
Experiência al menos de 1 año en puesto similar
Deseable experiência en servicios de Property Management/Real State

Manejo de paquetería office:
Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

Competencias y habilidades:

Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
Excelente nível de atención al cliente
Alto nível de atención a los detalles, asertividad y solución de problemas
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales
Capacidad de análisis
Organizado
