SUMMARY
Manages the day-to-day operations of the software development team and satisfies training requirements.

Ensures software solutions are architected and designed to meet the defined functional, technical and performance business requirements.

Monitors production systems to guarantee adequate performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management.
  • Manages a group of programmers; is able to provide mentoring and development to each team member. Motivates and empowers team members, provides necessary resources to perform their job and coaches them on problem resolution. Focus on continuous improvement and building a world class team.
  • Technical architecture definitions.
  • Coding.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of

Formal Education:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

  • Area of Study: Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Years of Experience: Three to five years.
  • Special Certifications or

Technical Skills:

Proficiencies in some of the following:

  • Visual Basic.
  • C#.
  • Java.
  • SQL (either T-SQL or PL/SQL).
  • SSIS, SAS and WebFOCUS is a plus.
  • Other/Preferred: Excellent analytical skills, a Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA)
