Job Summary:


Analyze prepare and coordinate the correct execution of the third party manufacturing delivery plan, daily monitoring the supply plan to ensure the availability of finished goods according to the rolling forecast and current orders for the local market and SACCA.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze prepare and coordinate the correct execution of the third parties manufacturing delivery plan, daily monitoring the supply plan to ensure the availability of finished goods for the local market and SACCA.
  • Ensure the conciliation of the documentation of the third parties manufacturing by generating a checklist per batch in order to maintain the file with the documentation required by GMP ́s for the dictamination of the goods finishes.
  • Verify compliance with yields, losses, making a monthly report of the balances of materials, raw materials and bulk used by the third parties manufacturers to guarantee the correct use of them.
  • Follow up the deviations caused by the third parties manufacturers, coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to maintain the GMP's and ensure the quality of finished goods.
  • To coordinate the activities needed with the third parties manufacturing to ensure the availability of goods finishes according to the current rolling forecast for the LATAM.
  • Verify to comply the product performance and scraps, elaborating a monthly report of the material balance, raw materials and bulks employed by third parties manufacturing to guarantee their proper use.
  • Manage the inventories according to ABC policies, coverage, minimum size batch, lead time, campaigns and value of the inventory making use of the ERP-SAP to avoid obsolescence, slow moving, excesses and inventory write off.
  • Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
  • Operates in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and all established regulatory, compliance and safety requirements.

  • Two years in the pharmaceutical industry in third party manufacturies, quality or production
- knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, machinery and production equipment
- knowledge in production planning and control, inventory management and supply chain
- knowledge of NOM-059-SSA1-2015 and audits
