    Position Overview:

    You should be versed and comfortable spanning the full development lifecycle, from requirements identification and prototyping, through design and implementation, to customer acceptance and delivery. You are especially passionate about working with driving Agile/SCRUM processes to meet and exceed customer expectations. You welcome the challenge of working in a fast-paced, discovery-oriented environment and will be genuinely excited about the prospect of creatively exercising your problem-solving skills on a continuous basis with an eye to ultimately improving the human condition.

    Responsibilities:

    The role of the Scrum Master is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope, schedule and budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The scrum master is a very skilled project manager who leads several scrum teams focused on mobile/cloud management and implementation, software development in the medical device area and other high tech areas.

    Strong understanding and applied experience with Agile development principles.

    Ability to coach teams in the scrum master capacity.

    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure.

    Strong facilitation skills.

    Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment, between multiple projects and post-project support.

    Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and independently "take ownership".

    Responsible to ensure appropriate business processes, data quality, and systems delivery.

    Ability to define business processes, data needs, and requirements, write use and business cases.

    Able to work effectively with dispersed, remote and global teams when needed.

    Education and Experience:

    Minimum Requirements:

    · 2+ years as scrum master/project/program manager working in all phases of technical projects. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.·

    · Strong working experience on projects such as cloud implementation and management, software development, mobile development.

    · Strong understanding and applied experience with Scrum development principles.

    · Responsible to ensure appropriate business processes, data quality, and systems delivery

    · Ability to define business processes, data needs, and requirements.

    · Ability to work with others remotely to facilitate creation of roadmaps, product backlogs, prioritization.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication.

    · Work with the scrum team to remove impediments to deliver the product.

    · Able to work effectively with dispersed, remote and global teams when needed.

    · Expected to follow Company's governance processes and methodologies.

    · Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.

    · Scrum Master certification is required.

    Preferred Skills and Competencies:

    · Experience with Medical Device industry is a plus.

    · Experience with Amazon Web Services or other leading cloud deployment platforms and services.

    · Experience with mobile apps development.

    · Experience working in an FDA regulated environment.

    · Experience with SaaS products and scrum teams.

    · Experience and/or Certification in SAFe nice to have

    · A healthy sense of humor and appreciation for quirky and thought-provoking antics around the office.

    Additional Information:

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $271, $271, Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
