- Support initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollouts.
- Analyze systems to ensure they meet specified standards and user requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test plans and cases.
- Execute test scripts and identify defects, recommending solutions.
- Coordinate testing activities within projects and retest after corrections.
- Document and evaluate test results for future reference.
- Identify and implement process improvements for testing strategies.
- Analyze project requirements and design aspects, interfacing with clients and development teams.
- Participate in test strategy meetings and provide metrics related to Quality activities.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members and ensure quality services are provided.
- Assess risks when making business decisions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- 5-8 years of Testing Analyst experience.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Knowledge of operating systems, languages, database tools, and automated testing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in test automation and knowledge of ETL/BI/Analytics technologies.
- Experience with multiple-technology solutions and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like ALM and Jira.
- Passion for solving complex problems and a results-driven mindset.
