Role Summary
Gestión de parámetros, optimizaciones de proceso, manejo de información técnica, seguimiento a nuevos proyectos.

Key Responsibilities

Gestión y monitoreo de parámetros de prensas (estampado en frio).
Gestion y actualización de AMEF de proceso y AMEF VDA-AIAG.
Optimización de procesos.
Implementar y administrar sistemas de control.
Seguimiento a cambios de ingeniería.
Seguimiento a nuevos proyectos.
Liberación de troqueles (buyoff) y puesta a punto.
Estudio de tiempos y movimientos / Balanceo de líneas de producción.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Conocimeinto de prensas mecánicas tipo: Transfer, Progresivas y Tandem.
Conocimiento de troqueles: componentes, ajustes.
APQP, PPAP, Core tools, IAT1694
Conocimiento de acerca de materiales (acero y aluminio).
Interpretación de planos, interpretación y aplicación de normas del cliente.
Manejo de indicadores (OEE, disponibilidad, calidad, rendimiento).
Interpretación de reportes dimensionales (CMM, GOM).
Uso de dispositivos de control.
SMED.

Knowledge and Education

Licenciatura o Ingeniería Mecánica o Industrial.

Work Experience

1 a 3 años de experiência como Ingeniero de Proceso.
