We welcome you to join our growing family as a
Team Leader
Support Customer Success team members with the retention and growth of the customer base. Work cross functionally to drive key performance indicators across the Customer Success team.


Scope
Recruit and develop high performing teams providing proactive support that adds value to the customer experience through proactive engagement.

Drive account retention and growth and positive outcomes for top tier accounts.

Provides recommendations to the leadership team on operational changes needed to deliver results.


Requirements:


  • Solid previous experience as a Team Lead / Floor Walker in a call center environment.
  • Previous Retention or Sales experience is desired
  • Conversational English
  • Computer, headset, and high speed internet connection
