  • Main responsibilities:
  • Support the creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of metrics and benchmark to review the performance of the global process and its system(s).
  • Support the process super user community, ensuring regular engagement, training (including process & tool demo) and collection of feedback.
  • Provide orientation and support to the region and identify areas requiring process and systems reviews.
  • Support process reviews in the regions and countries and provide advice to develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps.
  • Support the execution of the country/local performance improvement plans.

Minimum requirements

  • 25 years of working experience in procurement market intelligence and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience in market research, cost modelling, benchmarking and reporting solutions.
  • Solid understanding of procurement market intelligence concepts such as Porter's 5 Forces, SWOT, Kraljic matrix, PESTLE analysis etc.
  • Experience handling large data sets and external databases.
  • Strong statistical analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Expertise in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Advanced communications and presentation skills. Strong written communications.
