Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning and development of strategy for mobile device solutions.
  • Administration and management of the mobile device management platforms
  • Serve as a technical expert for 2nd and 3rd level support for mobile devices
  • Resolve endtoend issues across multidisciplinary teams
  • Design and automate processes for mobile device procurement, onboarding, and deployment
  • Develop standard processes & procedures for new business needs
  • Work on strategic crossfunctional projects
  • Provide regular customer followup and feedback regarding ongoing projects and mobile device solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts, information, and servicerelated topics to all levels of the organization.
  • Manage working relationships with internal and external business partners.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, maintaining industry networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience directly related to managing an MDM platform(s) MobileIron/Intune
  • Ability to script in a scripting language Powershell, Python, etc
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Azure, especially knowledge of authentication and mobile device security concepts, AzureAD, Conditional Access, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of iOS & Android operating systems and devices
  • Experience packaging, automating software and configurations to endpoints
  • Working knowledge of enterpriselevel IT environments
  • Strong networking background, e.g. understanding firewalls and routing
  • Proven analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, highvolume environment
  • Ability to interface with crossfunctional teams and all levels of personnel and management
  • Proficient with oral and written English
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness/ability to travel up to 20% (both domestic and international)
  • Ability/willingness to meet flexible schedule arrangements per customer requirements (i.e. offshifts)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, MobileIron and/or SOTI Mobicontrol
  • Knowledge of Modern Authentication & PKI technologies
  • Proficiency with the use of packet capture tools (Wireshark)
  • ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, or related certifications
  • Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industries
  • Experience working with an international team
  • Proficient knowledge of a foreign language
