Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst

Which is the main objective of this role?

This position will execute rekey of sales document and ticket information for Frito Lay's route sales representative (RSR) and is responsible for Document Tracking paperwork received from various sources.

What will you be doing?

Attend HH failures, manual information re capture. EIC
Integrating the customer account to identify and reconcile items. EIC
Call center support. EIC
Ensure the correct loading of information in the systems. EIC
Reception and attention of requirements. EIC
Run solution processes on every request. EIC
Close interaction with clients and / or related departments. EIC
Verify the effectiveness of the solution with the user. EIC

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration or related (Degree or trainee)
Advanced English language domain (fluent speaking, reading and comprehention).
Intermediate Exel skills.
Office Package handling (Outlook, Power Point, Word)
Desirable experience providing services to companies in the financial, accounting, Service Center and Call center sectors
Knowledge of basic accounting as a minimum.
Analysis capacity for data validation and interpretation
Ease of speech and clear expression of ideas
