BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Member of the Global Supply Chain organization, this position will be responsible for providing sustainability and improvements of the supply chain processes operating on the SAP platform or bolt-on software solutions.
Support advanced business processes, SAP functionality, and business metrics to provide supply chain capability for new businesses, plants, new product development, and lifecycle programs in the existing Kohler Co.
Global Faucets, Metals, and Vikrell manufacturing plants, as well as support any new business ventures or expansion. Activities will include strategic and day-to-day support to the Supply Chain operations.This position will:
TARGETS
The main point of contact to support all supply chain team members as an SAP super user.
Work with Business Leaders and Corp IT to implement operations/supply chain/IT business cases: This includes implementing on-time, within scope, and documentation
Manage the selection, installation, testing, development, and training of the business systems, infrastructure, and related peripheral systems for the Global FMV operations.
Support Global FMV business units worldwide in improving their On-time delivery and overall Operations and Supply Chain performance and Lean manufacturing processes.
Design the information flow, blueprints, and models with techniques, tools, and Lean principles, leading all the SAP implementation processes for the new systems and capabilities in the existing and new FMV manufacturing facilities and warehouses.
Oversees the development and implementation of standard work and training materials for all Global SC IT systems.
This includes working with regional / plant staff to identify and develop superusers of the system who can manage the ongoing health and continuous improvement of our global systems.
Work with the Global FMV Supply Chain team to develop and lead an SC IT Roundtable of Plant, Regional, and IT experts to develop the SC IT systems roadmap for Global FMV.
Monitors the service level received from Corp IT and Super users from the business, on the projects and system support required to run the business processes and drive continuous improvement.
Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, leading SAP design.
Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.
Generating or adapting new equipment and technology to serve user needs.

Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT Engineering Materials Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience interacting with operations of various countries/cultures.
Minimum of 7 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP system required, proficient in using:
SAP PP, WM, LO, EWM, SD, MM, EDI, IBP
SAP-accredited certification at least two modules. (More than two module certifications preferred)
Experience in PPDS, SNP, Inventory control, Forecasting (Demand /Supply Planning), MRP and Material Transactional Control (scanning and RFID), COPS and KBOS.
Picks up knowledge quickly, demonstrates strong leadership, is highly reliable with positive attitude.Minimum of 5 years' hand-on Supply Chain SAP Super-user
Ability to conduct end user training. flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills, energy, drive, enthusiasm, and determination.

Travel:
This position requires approximately +50% travel
