About the role:

Location:

Main tasks:

Define QA initiatives throughout the entire software life cycle.
Design and execute test plans and test cases.
Collaborate in a crossfunction delivery team to ensure that all aspects of quality are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process.
Work with clients to help resolve issues around quality.
Update and maintain best QA procedures and standards, including test planning and test data preparation.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners
Define and analyze performance objectives and measure against targets.
Provide input to the QA manager/Team lead for all QArelated activities and dependencies.

About You:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline. Preference will be given to Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree holders.

3+ years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of software Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
Solid knowledge of manual testing tools
Strong experience in planning QA activities without guidance (selfsufficient)
Experience with clear and good reporting
Selfmotivated, passionate, responsible, and a good team player
Good analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.
Good communicator, detailoriented and qualityfocused
A positive mindset and a cando attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of streaming technology is a plus.
Experience testing with some media streaming devices and preparing the devices to be tested (load apps directly into the device, configure devices, manage APK files, etc)
Experience with some development languages such as Python, JavaScript or Java is a big plus.
