We are currently hiring on behalf of a global leading 3PL Shipping solution provider which is going through rapid growth in North America.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of identifying and securing new Shipping/Logistics suppliers in Mexico, carrying out periodic reviews ensuring their performances are meeting business objectives.
  • Regular visit to suppliers to carry out risk and compliance assessments.
  • Assisting the sales team in setting up pricing structures and support contract negotiations.
  • Arranging for internal training sessions to improve on industry knowledge and mentoring junior members.

Essential Requirements

  • A
    minimum of 5 years of experience working for 3PL logistics or shipping providers, with good contacts and networks of local vendors/suppliers in Sea/Air freight, custom clearances, warehousing/storage and transport.
  • Familiar with the operation processes of import and export shipping business in freight forwarding industry.

At least 3 years experience leading and mentoring a team.

Fluent in English.

Salary:
$55, $70,000.00 per month
