Your Job

Responsible at process level for cable manufacture lines, creation of standard documents for operations and sustain, standardized work, lean manufacturing.

Training to manufacturing and maintenance team. Process expertise, continuous improvement. Support at process level and technical on major failures.

**What You Will Do

  • Defining and documenting the cable manufacturing process, developing visual aids, checklists, and work instructions to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Monitor the production plan: Keep a constant track of the progress of the production plan compared to the established objectives.
  • Training and development staff: Provide adequate training to employees involved in production. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job efficiently and maintain product quality.
  • Continuous improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and increase efficiency without compromising quality. Encourage team participation in identifying and implementing improvements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Mechatronic, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineer.
  • Experience on manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operations in cable manufacture area or similar processes.
  • Experience on core tools, lean manufacturing, APQP, PFMA, manufacturing process, standardized work, 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.
  • Bases on SAP system.
  • Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in cable manufacturing processes such an extrusion, cabling, bonding, taping, and twister processes.
  • Communication skills, problem solving, teamwork and sense of urgency.
