This role is essential in fostering our company's market expansion through strategic innovations, API integrations, and maintaining paramount network security.

Your Role and Impact:


As our IT Support Specialist, you will be in reference to our Business & IT Solution Manager, located in Lithuania and you will on a daily basis be cooperating with other IT support colleagues located in Europe.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network configuration, server deployment, and security management.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Manage backup and recovery processes and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in IT technology and security trends.

Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience working as an IT Support Specialist with handson experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Office 365, Printer software/hardware, and network issues.
  • Interest in expanding knowledge about different areas related to supporting FabricAir IT.
  • Ability to perform basic diagnostics to identify problems.
  • Understanding of Active Directory (knowledge of Azure AD is advantageous).
  • Experience with service desk systems (experience with Freshservice preferred).
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent skills in English and Spanish.
It's an advantage if you have experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager

and supporting Cisco Meraki hardware.
