Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the General Manager the Supply Chain Solution Analyst role involvescustomer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.

What a typical day looks like:

Plan and carry out large-scale projects
Create performance reports and dashboards for management to review

- investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.

Gather data on each step within supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs.
Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issue, develop solutions and implement changes.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineer or related field
Fluent English
Quantitative analysis expertise
Interpersonal communication skills
Critical
Thinking skills
Problem solving skills
Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.
Need professional with programming skills (SQL, C, Power BI, Phyton, Macros in Excel, etc.) to create and develop dashboards, analysis of big data across WW plastics. Continuous improvement scenarios for Plastics NPI stages to formulate common practices across sites. Speed to analyze data is critical.
