_ Responsibilities:
_
- Ensures overall Global OEM Solutions team plans have consistency in planning and build out of support needed(internal/external) and metrics established to ensure successful market introduction
This includes:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and competitive landscape
- Internal Capability Assessment: (SCM, Support, Services, Finance, Contracts)
- Ensures partner contract compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Channel Design: Designs and optimize distribution channels, including direct sales, retail, ecommerce, wholesalers, and distributors, to ensure maximum market coverage.
- 4P OEM and Solution frameworks and plans
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness making datadriven improvements.
- Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Develops goforward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
- Identifies cuttingedge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
_ Education and Experience Required:
_
- Typically 10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
- Understanding of key industry OEM usage models and tech trends (Automation, Robotics) and key segments(Retail, Healthcare, Mfg.)
- Industry experience in following areas: Sales, distribution channel, supply chain management, and key technology launches
- Background in developing OEM, OIP, ISV and industry partner business plans a plus
_ Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with markets and tools to analyze business
- Project Management expertise
- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Developed leadership skills, including teambuilding, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.

$118, $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
