During your time as an Intern you will learn the following:

  • Perform different Specialized Failure Analysis Techniques such as Cross Section, Strain Gage, Pull Test, Enviromental Test and Electrical Analysis to determine Root Cause of High Impact Issues.
  • Analyze components both electrical and mechanical to reduce Supply Chain Risks by having multiple sources for each component.
As an additional, you will interact with Design Department to understand the following:

  • Assembly Sequence and Tolerance Analysis
  • PCBA Processes such as Reflow and Wave Soldering.
  • Panel Array Design
  • Mechanotrics, Electrical or any equivalent Engineering Student (Active student, at least 6 months left)
  • Intermediate English Level (Cambridge B2 or equivalent)
  • Availability to cover 8am to 2pm schedule from Monday thru Friday (We are very flexible, if you have any activity impeding this schedule it can be reviewed during the interview)
  • Knowledge in Electrical Measurement Instruments (Multimeter, Osciloscope, LCR)
  • Interpretation of Electrical Schematics
  • Understand how Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors, Amplifiers, Diodes and Transistors work (Basic Knowledge)
  • Perform Strain Gage Reports and present them to core team members.
  • Procure Alternate Components
  • Perform Electrical Analysis by his own.
