About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Contract Financial Accountant to join our great team This role has accountability to ensure quality in contract accounting by leading and driving adherence to processes and accounting principles.

Contract Finance Accountant (CFA) is involved early in the sales process. Secures and maintains efficient and compliant accounting in customer programs and projects.

You will work closely with various stakeholders in Sales, Finance and Commercial Management.

Such as CU Controller, Commercial Manager, the Key Account Manager and Contract Management when reviewing the contracts for accounting assessment, and support Ericsson to drive ethics & compliance, which are cornerstones in how we conduct our business to create long lasting impact and bring value to our customers, partners, and our communities.

What you will do:

Provide contract accounting directive advice during presales to mitigate financial accounting risks during execution.
Perform initial contract assessment and document revenue recognition evaluation in DRRES including contract assessment, risk and AD09 treatment
Prepare and present contract assessment to Complex Deal Board.
Secure compliant deal structuring.
Prepare & present quarterly financial contract reassessment for ongoing contracts
Coordinate contract assessment related audit & accounting requests
Drive standardization & adherence to contract assessment & accounting

You will bring:

Education: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent experiences
Minimum years of experience: 5 years
Financial Model Knowledge, IFRS15 competence
You have financial analysis, accounting & reporting skills
You can decide & initiate action
You have interest in self learning and development in financial and accounting directives
You can meet and build a positive perception and influence on the partners wherever needed
You enjoy spending time on "why" ability to influence and articulate effectively to internal partners the "why" we need to do this
