  • Participate in accident investigations
  • Control of accident records, days lost, ST7, ST2 and ST
  • May coordinate the activities of the IMSS (Social Security) Brigades.
  • May prepare the IMSS (Social Security) and STPS (Secretary of Labor) Accident Form.
  • Is responsible for the Company's First Aid Kit.
  • May administer injections accompanied by a medical prescription.
  • Cooperate with the different areas of the Organization to avoid accidents and health risks.


Supports the Internal Health and Safety Committee.- Attends and/or performs Medical Examinations for New Employees, as well as Health Monitoring Examinations (Prophylactic, Lead Levels in Blood, Audiometry, Etc.) to comply with Official Standards.


  • Communication and education: Ability to communicate effectively with workers, employers and other health professionals on occupational health issues, as well as to provide education and training on safe workplace practices.
  • Research and program evaluation: Ability to conduct research in the field of occupational medicine, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health programs and propose improvements based on scientific evidence.

Basic Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Desirable knowledge of EHS, occupational health, COFEPRIS, STPS procedures and guidelines.
  • Experience in the Maquiladora industry
  • Availability of schedule
  • Intermediate English
  • Computing
