We are currently seeking individuals to join us as an Administrative Support for the sales team, focusing on transactional activities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify special pricing requests for accuracy and completeness, enter data in Customer Relationship Management systems, and process sample orders.
- Provide price and availability information to the sales team.
- Offer customer order status and tracking details, escalating urgent requests as necessary.
- Direct technical inquiries to the appropriate support teams.
- Generate special pricing and sales reports.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: High School Graduate
- Preferred Degree: Any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 0-2 years
Work Shift: Day (Mexico - Jalisco)
