SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER:
5 years and more Description:
The role of Service Operation Manager in fully responsibility for one of BDS customers including Cost Control, People Management, Operational Efficiency and Quality, Delivery Performance.
The main scope requires focus on both, business, and people to function as an arbiter between business demands and people demands.
Area of focus:
Financial management
Forecasting, updating, and realization tracking of budget and the Profit & Loss of the entity (i.e., revenues, costs, margins, cost efficiency and cost reduction).
Area of focus:
Human Resource Management
Ensuring the compatibility of internal and external resources (internal/external subcontracting) in accordance with the development objectives of his/ her entity.
Ensuring the right resourcing strategy is in place
Handling escalation with regards to his/her resources
Area of focus:
Service delivery and operations
Implementing the Global Service Methodology and Innovation
Assuring Quality and Customer Satisfaction
Act as an escalation point for the Domain
Securing Business Continuity
Area of focus:
Quality Ensuring implementation of AIMS, in particular applicable Atos service delivery processes in the perimeter of their responsibility and continual service delivery improvement to ensure high quality of business and operational performance and consistent compliance with applicable standards as well as regulatory and customer requirement Language
Recommended technical skills:
- experienced in Service Management and People Management
- ITIL qualified,
- English spoken/written at least at B2 level, ability to build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal customers, strong leadership skills, leading by example empowerment sharing vision and turning it into reality managing uncertainty
- Initiative and problemsolving attitude strategical thinking and crossfunctional cooperation skills
- Project Management experience
Language:
English is a must (at least B2 proficiency)
Recommended technical skills:
experienced in Service Management and People Management
