The Opportunity


This role will conduct, analyzes and studies management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.

Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct other analyzes to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation and benefit as technical mobility expert in LATAM region, including immigration and relocation compliance.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and coordinate daytoday activities of crossborder mobility programs inbound to LATAM
  • Primary responsibility includes providing business advice and instruction (including business HR and talent acquisition) on best mobility package through consultation and cost estimating.
  • Support payroll and tax compliance processes with outside tax vendor and payroll team.
  • Manage end to end relocation process through partnership with relocation management company.
  • Advise local finance teams for relocation accruals.
  • Identify opportunities to build knowhow and leverage best practices for continuous improvement on Global Mobility
  • Ensure adherence to corporate compliance, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Ensure operations and processes are efficient and being administered to ATD standard practices to align with all regions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fully bilingual: Spanish and English

Minimum Experience:

  • Generally, 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
