In this role, you will serve as Strategic Sourcing Specialist II - Software in HCE. We believe the future is what we make it.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support globally all software sourcing activities and requirements across HCE.
  • Partner closely with HCE Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects.
  • Lead negotiations, contracting and supplier performance processes.
  • Manage Long Tail Spend and deliver year over year cost reductions and supply base optimization.
  • Work with Sourcing, Business, Finance, and other stakeholders for Procure to Payment process.
  • Support stakeholders in creating effective and welldefined master software agreements.
  • Consistently deliver yearoveryear savings, and payment terms improvement.
  • Deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Product Management etc.) that provides consistent communication, alignment, vetting of new thirdparty technologies, services and early procurement involvement.

YOU MUST HAVE:


  • 3+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement
  • Strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance
