Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


The role of the Trade Promotion Management Analyst has the objective of supporting the PepsiCo Canada Foods Sales Team by entering promotional activities in the required systems by the customers.

The analyst will be assigned to a group of National accounts, making sure all their initiatives are accurately implemented, so all teams involved can perform their best to achieve strategic goals.


The analyst is expected to have strong communication skills with Sales and Finance global teams since they will be the first point of contact between the stakeholders area, regarding promotional activities.

Also, understanding their process and developing projects to improve them is expected to be a continuous activity.


Your Impact
As Revenue Mgmt Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Receive promotional calendars and submit them in internal softwares/customers portals for their execution by Sales Reps in the Canadian points of sale, according to the current commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Capable to analyze results of the promotional activities and provide feedback to their stakeholders.
  • Followup to requests, and provide a solution either with existing promotional tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
  • Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results about customer issues.
  • Participate in fine tuning activities to improve own performance.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Recently graduated from Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years).
  • 1 year of experience in Sales, Finance or Marketing areas.
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, both written and oral communication.
  • Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate.
  • Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies.
  • Proficient on creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources.
  • Partner with IT and intelligence teams to find best practices and solutions to business unit requirements.
  • Attention to detail and strong followthrough skills.
  • Must be a strong collaborative team player, with a deep problemsolving sense for own processes and business unit.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills, proactive in delivering results and new initiatives of improvement.
  • Organizational skills and service oriented.
  • Data analytics driven.
  • Other important Microsoft tools: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI and Visio.
