Responsible of developing and implementing the internal and external communication campaigns through social media management and customer service, to increase brand awareness and share the company's culture.

Activities

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy in Mexico.
Analyze the employer branding in the social media.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Requirements:

Advance English skills is a must. (Written and Verbal)
3 years of experience as Social Media Coordinator or similar role working on fastpaced environment.
Previous experience in BPO is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, communication, or related to the field.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ suit and other social media plataforms.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Management of Meta Business suit.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Sense of Urgency.
Proactivity.
Team player
