Responsible of developing and implementing the internal and external communication campaigns through social media management and customer service, to increase brand awareness and share the company's culture.
Activities- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy in Mexico.
- Analyze the employer branding in the social media.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Requirements:
- Advance English skills is a must. (Written and Verbal)
- 3 years of experience as Social Media Coordinator or similar role working on fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in BPO is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, communication, or related to the field.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ suit and other social media plataforms.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Management of Meta Business suit.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Sense of Urgency.
- Proactivity.
- Team player
