    Descripción del empleoObjetivo del puesto:
    Asegurar el correcto proceso de producción para lograr objetivos de volumen, calidad y rendimiento/ administración de los recursos humanos y materiales; mejora continua en el proceso, aumento y cumplimiento de metas de producción, la reducción de merma y aseguramiento de la calidad; además de mantener el trabajo en equipo, motivación y capacitación al personal para el logro de los objetivos


    Conocimientos:


    • Conocimiento del giro de manufactura
    • Solidos conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing
    • Administración de personal, tiempos y movimientos, 5 ́s. proyectos de mejora.
    • Sólidos conocimientos en materia de seguridad e higiene.
    • Buen conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
    • Muy buen manejo de Excel
      Requisitos:Ingeniero Industrial, Alimentos (titulado o pasante)


    Experiência mínima de 3 años en puesto de supervisiónEdad: 25-45 años Disponibilidad de rolar turnos,Habilidades:Liderazgosolución de problemasEnfoque a resultados Trabajo en equipocolaboración Comunicación efectiva Conocimientos:Mapeo de producción.

    Experiência en manejo de personal y resolución de conflictos.
