Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity:

The Advanced Certification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring General Safety products comply with existing PPE regulatory requirements for intended global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine and execute regulatory requirements for CE and VE projects.
Provide information and technical assistance to design and manufacturing on current compliance standards, regulations, and specifications.
Plans, initiates, and manages conformance and compliance testing.
Research costs and product compliance evaluation requirements to achieve desired product certification or recertification.
Educate team on guidelines and documentation.
Ensure Training Compliance
Providing guidance and ownership of regulatory content and markings for compliance labeling, packaging and product documentation.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
3+ years of regulatory experience
Proficient English language skills

WE VALUE:

Some experience working with the Federal Authorities
Sufficient technical knowledge, training, skill, and experience
Excellent English language skills required and excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of avionics systems required.
Must meet any applicable Export License conditions for given project.
Must be selfdirecting and willing to work with various internal and global groups.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills required.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the (ODA) functions
