Passive Safety Systems (Division R) is carving out from ZF's current portfolio to become an independent company.

_Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as __Production Supervisor II at Chihuahua IRS Plant_**
_Responsibilities_

MPS acknowledge
Management of assigned resources
Able to define and work based on priorities
Conflict resolution
Focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Problem solving process, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, A
Able to lead a "Best Place to Work" initiative
Internal KPIs like Safety, OEE, Efficiency/Productivity/PPP DL, Cost, etc.

_Required Skills & Experience_

Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer (preferably)
2 years as a manufacturing plant supervisor in the automotive industry (preferably)
Line balance and production leveling
Mistake Proofing and SPC
High level manufacturing process
Microsoft Office and drawing interpretation
ZF Way Principles oriented
5S and Lean Manufacturing
ISO/TS16949, IATF16949 and ISO1400
Leadership, proactive, teamwork
Effective communication, sense of urgency
Results oriented
Continuous Improvement
Six Sigma, VAVE
