Job Summary:

We are looking for a program manager to drive the start up our new plant in Izcalli (Mexico) and who will work in close collaboration with our Business stakeholders in a global arena.

You will be based in our offices in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
Tetra Pak could sponsor work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do:

As a Program Manager you will:

Play the key role in contributing to Tetra Pak's strategic ambitions of expanding our footprint in Latin America to support growth in the NA & LATAM regions.
Lead the delivery of a complex crossfunctional program supported by project managers driving different streams within the program.
Rely on traditional project management activities to plan, staff, execute, implement, control, and evaluate the program as well as the underlying projects (On time, In budget, in full with quality).
The work environment will operate cross functions, cross organisations and with a substantial portion of change management for which excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Prepare and present the program for review in the global governance forum and evaluate the outcomes of the program.
Lead and motivate the program team.
Execute the program in an efficient way in line with the applicable process.
Engage stakeholders in different functions to get the job done.
Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Deliver on the business case.

We believe you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent solid Project Management experience from complex projects.
Experience in larger projects in a previous role and have proven project management skills.
5 to 7 years' experience from Equipment Supply Chain Management, Order Fulfillment Capital Equipment and change management, in greenfield, brownfield or CAPEX projects.
Nice to have a good understanding of Tetra Pak's or similar companies supply chain and its dynamic.
Understand and manage interdependencies between supply chain, operations and business needs.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, since we operate on a global basis.
Have a good drive to get a project to progress in an effective way in collaboration with others.
Excellent team builder and it comes naturally to you to foster a trusting and inclusive work environment.
Great communicator and can handle stakeholders at different levels and deal with challenging situations.
Attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context.
Comfortable running projects both in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, or in a mix.
Project Management certification is a must, preferably by PMI. Proven work experience in project management is a must.
Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Methodology will be a plus (TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
