Job Description:
Manages the pre-sales market development activities include the identification of new business opportunities and the migration of competitive products for related Rockwell service and hardware business to meet the customer's maintenance and engineering needs.
Manages the post-sales customer service functions include evaluating customer satisfaction, determining and communicating future customer needs and working with sales and service delivery to create a delivery model that will meet the customers' expectations.
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operations of the managed functions, including creating a process of continuous improvement that drives additional value for the services being delivered to the customer.
