Lead, train and encourage the CSR&MP team to boost the use of tools, technical resources and personal skills in order to build strong customer relationships, maintain 100% On time delivery & satisfaction, schedule the production lines and maintain 100% On time Delivery from Suppliers and maintain the Optimal Inventory levels to keep KPIs and leveraging plant resources.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage and guide the CSR & PP ETTS team in order to keep Customers (Service and Productive) 100% on time delivery and Satisfaction.
  • Assure the performance a correct execution of SAP Capacity Analysis and Production planning & leveling for, Emissions and or Turbo plants.
  • Review, analyze and communicate to finance and plant management the Monthly sales forecast for all productive customers for the campus.
  • Ensure that team members are trained and motivate them in order to keep the SAP housekeeping and parametrization for all current and new customers and products.
  • Review & analyze parameters in SAP system to assure correct demand will be procured.
  • Assure the performance and correct execution of SAP Materials planning, reviewing MCSK in weekly basis
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to performance and implement improvements (KPIs)
  • Analyze and maintain accuracy in Forecast Inventory
  • Continuous optimization in all Processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate Planning with Business Systems or Processes
  • Support on problem solving, concerning about Suppliers, Logistics systems, capacities contracted, allocations & others.
  • Assure data flow and system integrity into our systems.
  • Maintain quality system documents such as Procedures, Manuals, Process and risk analysis updated.
  • Train and support CSR, MP & PP members to achieve smoothness ramp ups for new customers and obsolescence procedures.
  • Assure that Customer returnable racks process is properly followed along with Warehouse Manager.
  • Perform any Plant internal audits and participate in assigned plant Walkthrough inspections and make sure the CSR, MP & PP are also attending.
  • Participate in Physical Count Process, lead and contribute to Inventory discrepancy analysis.

PROFILE

  • Proficient English
  • Business Administration / Industrial engineer or similar
  • Specialty desirable

EXPERIENCE
- >2 years SAP (Modules MM/PP/SD/WM)
- >3 years Customer Service / Production planner / Materials Planner.
