Assistant on site for US Law Firms - Guadalajara / Base Salary 12K - 14K + Bonuses

Position Overview
HRPV is seeking a
fully bilingual/fluent English phone agent representative to join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, criminal, etc.

There is no legal knowledge experience necessary.

Qualifications:

Fully Bilingual
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B2 +

In Office position

Live in Guadalajara or near the city.
6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
High School Diploma.
Unfinished degrees are welcome too

Basic Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.

Activities:

Nonaggressive sales
Not seasonal
Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Provide updates to customers

What we offer:

Base salary 12k 14k free from taxes
Law Benefits
Referral Bonus 5k
Monday to Friday (8 hours shift)
Full Paid Training
