Manufacturing & Supply Chain**:

Quality Analyst
Manufacturing is at the core of our company.

Job Duties:


Product and Service Oversight and Management
Management and oversight of product and material traceability requirements.

Utilization of Asset Management Program (AMP) including Generation of Work Orders and Reporting of Data and creation of metrics.


Document Control, Management and Associated Training
Drive the implementation of procedures throughout the regional locations including development, update and training.

Interpretation of customer and internal documents for better understanding for all personnel.

Manage and perform skill and job function training for shop personnel.


Audit Support
Participate in the Internal Audit program including scheduling, support, and performance of audits.

Perform document management activities as required in support of Quality and associated audits.


Support Customer visits and audits as required.
Support and perform strategic planning functions as are required for job tasks, site requirements support and other Quality functions.


Equipment
Knowledge of measurement equipment

Knowledge of high and low pressure tools.

Knowledge of calibration and calibration systems


Communication & Coordination
Communicate and execute Quality Alerts and Engineering Changes

Assist in the management of NDE Level II Certifications

Act as liaison between Latam and HQ Teams for all Quality related issues


Problem Solving and Corrective Actions
Elaboration of Quality Incidents including Non-conformances (locally managed as Quality Notifications) and Corrective Action Requests

Follow up of full Corrective Action Processes

Ability to perform strategic planning functions as are required for job tasks, site requirements support and other Quality functions.


Background/experience:

Bi-lingual - English / Spanish including ability to translate written documentation in both directions

Advanced problems solving such as 5S, 8D and other methodologies.

Technical writing - specifications, procedures, work instructions

Knowledge in ISO Other standards a plus.
