Job Profile Summary

The Internal Control Team drives Essity's internal control framework to ensure a sound control environment is in place.
Our North Star is to futureproof Essity's internal control system to support the safeguarding of assets and reputation, as well as securing efficient and compliant operations.
As SAP Application Developer, you will be part of the Global Authorization Expert Team (GAET) that reports to the Internal Control Director within GBS (Global Business Services). Team members are based in Europe and the Americas.
GAET is responsible for a timely provisioning of secure access to SAP systems. GAET is also in charge of SAP roles creation and modification on both S4 Hana and SAP ECC. GAET members ensure careful balance between business needs and access security (including Segregation of Duties (SoD).
As SAP Application Developer you will be responsible for SAP security access and user access controls.
You will also be part of a large Business process transformation program involving an S4 implementation.

Job Description
Review, analyze and approve access to SAP systems in compliance with Essity's security standards and user access/SoD controls,
Challenge and support users to ensure access is aligned with job roles and responsibilities and to reduce the number of SoD conflicts,
Facilitate the timely execution of user access and SoD reviews by reviewers,
Analyze SU53/Trace system error logs and identify user access and authentication issues,
Design, build and test SAP roles,
Collaborate with internal SAP tech services team, GAET Team, and other business stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP roles and authorizations, and that ongoing governance is in place,
Design and assess SAP GRC Access Control suite of programs, including user provisioning, segregation of duty management, emergency access, and role management,
Respond to complex enquiries from the business, prioritize and forward to the GAET Lead and relevant experts if needed,
Incident management and troubleshooting. Direct interactions with business stakeholders and end users,
Ensure proper documentation and testing evidence is available and liaise with external audit.
Requirements
A handon experience of SAP (ECC and S/HANA) security/authorization roles and profiles (Single/Composite roles and role derivation),
SAP security technical skills, covering the main functional areas and Basis components,
Knowledge about SoD risks and mitigating controls,
Proven experience in SAP GRC configuration and maintenance (Access Control Modules)
Experience of supporting user access across multiple SAP modules and SAP systems (S/4, EWM, ECC, BW, SRM, Ariba, Portal, PO, Gateway).
Proven experience in SAP FIORI,
Awareness of Information Security principles,
Good working knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools. Solving security incidents
Relevant SAP certifications
Experience from large, global organizations.
Excellent organizational, analytical, written/verbal communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English both written and oral.
