- Asegurar que la Misión y Política de Marquardt se cumplan en los procesos de MXM a través de una planeación estratégica basada en el Contexto de la organización, tomando en cuenta las partes interesadas internas y externas así como el análisis de riesgos y oportunidades a lo largo del ciclo de vida del producto soportados en los estándares de las normas IATF 16949, ISO 14001 e ISO Administrar la integración de la demanda en el sistema.
- Generar el plan de producción y generar las respectivas órdenes de producción de las lineas de los proyectos a su cargo.
- Seguir los procesos en sistema diseñados por Marquardt para el aseguramiento de la cadena de suministros.
- Asegurar los objetivos asignados por la Gerencia para sus respectivos proyectos.
- Participar activamente en el proceso de Mejora Continua.
- Ingenieria Industrial (Titulado)
- Negocios Internacionales o afín (Titulado) 3 años mínimo en industria automotriz 2 años mínimo en manejo de materiales y/o clientes 2 años en logística
- Inglés avanzado hablado y escrito
