Introduction to role:


Join us as an Associate Business Analyst, a key player in contributing to business analysis, design, and test activities for large scale/global business change or delivering small scale business change independently.

You will be part of our IT team, operating with interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity.

Accountabilities:


As an Associate Business Analyst, you will partner with the Domain Lead, Capability Lead or other Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.

You will be expected to perform at a capable level in various areas including Business Needs Identification, Business Analysis Planning, Stakeholder Analysis & Change, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Business Case and Benefits Management, Solution Evaluation and IT Delivery.


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
  • Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
