Helpdesk Support Technician.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Provide enduser support for Windows/Mac computers in a distributed environment across North America
  • Identify and suggest improvements on procedures.
  • Effectively escalate technical issues to higher tiers.
  • Follow policies and procedures, to ensure all supported IT equipment is meeting business requirements and operating at peak performance.
  • Adhere to all security processes and procedures.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions
  • Clearly document issue description, troubleshooting steps and resolution details in each support ticket

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish Helpful
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Highly motivated and performance driven work ethic
  • 1+ years of experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and/or Mac OS X operating systems.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fastmoving and changing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Google Workspaces is highly desired
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Ability and energy to work on multiple concurrent projects and switch focus as necessary
  • Familiarity with the fundamentals of IP Addressing, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing skills
